The recent introduction of a system of Grants - which are available to all home-owners - effectively incentivise the carrying out of a range of energy saving works (referred to as 'measures'). Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI) have set up the procedures for processing the Grants, full details of which are provided on its website.

• We have the expertise and accreditation to perform assessments upon, propose solutions for and carry out energy reducing works and renewable measures in new and existing houses and apartments, anywhere in the Republic of Ireland.
• We are Registered with SEI to carry out of BER assessments on new and existing dwellings
• We are an SEI Registered Contractor/Installer to carry out insulation and heating controls upgrade works - referred to as 'measures'
• We are an Approved Contractor under the new upcoming ESB ES Halo Scheme - the ESB's own home energy efficiency programme.

 

We are fully insured and we also carry Professional Indemnity Insurance in connection with the carrying out of BER assessments

We take Health and Safety issues very seriously , including regular monitoring and updating of method statements, risk assessments and personnel Health and Safety Inductions. All installers engaged on home insulation and/or boiler upgrade works will have - as a mimimum - a Safe Pass Certificate.

We have put into place, a Quality Assurance System as part of the ESB Halo scheme, which provides a customer referral/complaints procedure in the event of dissatisfaction with any aspect of improvement measures which may be carried out
